The Plateau State Police Command has received 231 newly pasted-out Police Constables Monday at the Police Headquarters Command Jos, out of which 35 are female Constables.

The Plateau State Police Commissioner, CP Bartholomew N. Onyeka, made this disclosure, while addressing the constables to their various local government areas (within the total of 17) in the State.

He charged them to be professionals in what they are doing, as they are going out because whatever they do will be counted.

According to him, “So, they are expected to obey the rules and regulations guiding the Nigerian Police Force,” adding that they were on their own. CP Onyeka further explained that, the constables were equally deployed back to Plateau State in accordance with the directives from the Inspector-General of Police at the end of their training, and have been posted to their various local government areas.
