Under this development, the deputy governor-elect, who has not been inaugurated, and with the existence of a substantive deputy governor, Bala Bantex, being conspicuously absent, only time shall tell the constitutionality or otherwise of the action. Conscience Triumph wonders how a government that is flying on‘auto-pilot’ governance will land safely.
