Kaduna suspends shutting down of Telecom Network

by Achadu Gabriel, Kaduna Kaduna State Government has announced the suspension of the shutting down of telecom network in the state. Government announced the suspension in a press conference addressed this Friday. It however stated that other measures put in place to check the security situation remain intact. Details later.
