The State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Plateau State Chapter, Hon. Chris Hassan, has called on all aggrieved members to sheath their swords and close ranks. He also urged those, who left the party, to come back so that they can work together and provide the needed leadership in the state.
Hon. Chris Hassan was speaking in his office on Wednesday during an interactive session with the State Non-Working Committee members in Jos.
He pledged that, “Having been given the responsibility of leading the PDP family in the state, I assured that all shades of ideas will be accommodated in the best interest of the party.
He also assured that the party will operate an open door policy of inclusiveness and will provide a level playing field for all party members.
Responding, the leader of the State Non-Working Committee, Hon Felix Pienswang, appreciated the chairman of his openness and sincerity in handling the affairs of the party at the state level, and prayed for the grace to continue. The meeting went behind closed doors and lasted for three hours.
