COVID-19: Kwankwaso donates 60 beds’ capacity hospital to Kano Govt

Former governor of Kano State, Engr. Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has contributed Amana Hospital to the Kano State Government to aid the COVID-19 Management Committee to overcome the epidemic.

Popularly known as “Kwankwasiyya,” Amana Hospital is a newly built hospital by the former governor and fully equipped with 60-bed capacity, and completed last month but yet to be commissioned.

A statement issued and signed by the former governor’s media aide, Mall. Saifullahi Hassan, on Monday and made available to journalists in Kano, stated that the hospital is located in Miller Road, Bompai, Kano State.

Kano is one of the states with unprecedented rapid increase in number of coronavirus infected persons within a short time it recorded positive patients.
